Kansai Spring Mfg. Co., Ltd. was established in 1947. Since then, we have been producing chassis springs, coil springs and metal press works. Now we have become expertise focused on precision automobile parts manufacturing and sales, addressing various and disparate needs of our customers. From this, we never stop grow!

Our policy is “Never compromise quality.” We secure a Process Capacity Index (CPK) of >1.33. We literally achieved zero in-process defect for one year in our press caulking process during our Zero Defect activities campaign, thereby improving our CPK. We received Excellent Quality Award from our partner customer.
